PP to move SC for probing Taj Mohi-ud-Din
November 13, 2012
Srinagar, Nov 13 (ANI): The Panthers Party (PP) of Jammu and Kashmir looks all set to move the Supreme Court to order an investigation against Kashmir minister Taj Mohi-ud-Din after probe panel dissolution that gave Taj a breather. PP legislator Syed Rafiq Shah, today said that he was in touch with PP chief Professor Bhim Singh and other legal experts over the possible move. The PP legislator had alleged Mohi-ud-Din had grabbed forestland in south Kashmir and anti-corruption judge has ordered probe against him. Amrit Malhotra, chairman of the probe panel that was probing charges of alleged land grab by Mohi-ud-Din, prematurely dissolved the legislative committee after state ruling the National Conference (NC) members resigned from it.
