"Shakalaka Boom Boom (remix)" sounds more like a music video where the accelerated tempo is felicitated with racy vocals. This is DJ's delight number where the free flowing flute notes sparkle in between the techno-generated flashy music.

Thaare Vaaste: Folksy flavors are sprinkled for the racy romantic number "Thare Vaaste" where Shaan along with Sunidhi Chauhan gets behind the mike. The titillating musical beat combined with Sufi flavored music succeeds in delivering catchy beats to the soundtrack. Reshammiya's music tries to strike difference with his previous works but ends with above average soundtrack with racy feel.

The promotional material for the film is generally presented through remix versions and "Thaare Vaaste (remix)" falls in this category. It has conventional "club mix" feel where the fast paced musical arrangements are delivered with enthused vocals.

Naamumkin: Himesh Reshammiya goes full throttle with his peculiar nasal twang and intense Sufi pop fling in sentimentally composed "Naamumkin". This number has repetitive musical set up with above average lyrics by Sameer but the emotional impulse is missing. Similar soundtracks were already delivered in a couple of his film albums and recently there were numbers like "Aafreen" ('Red') and "Viraaniyan" ('Namastey London') with similar musical thrust. It may work as competent situational soundtrack but its musical appeal will be restricted to hard core Reshammiya fans.

The loud pitched vocal and effective "lounge" musical impact works positively in delivering musical thump in peppy soundtrack "Naamumkin (remix)". The blend of echoing vocals and Sufi rock camouflages in rollicking style and it sounds as the brightest among remix versions.

Dil Lagaayenge: The funk of Sufi pop returns with bang with Himesh Reshammiya showing his sharp skills in loud and effective soundtrack "Dil Lagaayenge". The number has daunting and pulsating impact of Reshammiya's earlier composed numbers "Loot Jayenge" ('Aksar') and "Allah Kare" ('Ahista Ahista') with expressive lyrical work. Despite its impressive rendition, it fails to give any extraordinary feel of intense love song and works mechanically with the situation of the film. The instrumental zing of titillating beats may sounds peppy for pop lovers with Akriti Kakkar's soft feminine adding shades to it.

"Dil Lagaayenge (remix)" comes with pulsating and rip-roaring musical impact with conventional "club mix" feel in the voices of Himesh Reshammiya and Akriti Kakkar. The racy disco beat fillers and loud pitched rendition will make it special for DJ's collections.

Issi Umeed Pe: The pack of short duration soundtracks opens with the emotional soundtrack "Issi Umeed Pe" where Shaan's impressive vocals are backed up with loud and ear deafening musical arrangements. It sounds like a part of musical show where the singer emotes out his heart felt emotions. This may sound experimental as series of such short soundtracks follow this number.

Saathiya: Vociferously resounding with strong feel of passionate love comes with over enthused loud musical arrangements in the soundtrack "Saathiya". This two minutes plus comes in the energetic voices of Kunal Ganjawala and Sunidhi Chauhan and gives out a feel of concert number.

Aaj Nahi Toh Kal: Pop singing sensation Alisha Chinai along with Shaan sings another fine piece of musical work that lasts for less than two minutes in the soundtrack "Aaj Nahi to Kal". It brings memories of the average number "I Love you for what you are" ('Aap Ki Khatir') with brief musical zing.

Tera Sona Sona Roop: Throaty vocals of Kunal Ganjawala and Sunidhi Chauhan bring out another flavor of romance and love in the fast paced soundtrack "Tera Sona Sona Roop". This brief number fails to inspire chartbusters and like all previous numbers sounds situational and average.

Rukhsat: "Rukhsat" begins with musical impulse of "Saathiya" where soft and sentimental vocals of Shaan emote out the tearful bidding to his beloved in pensive mode. It has better emotional gripping and sounds pleasant to ears with its sentimental impact.

Medley: This sounds a positive innovation where the entire short length hip-shaking and rollicking soundtrack amalgamates to give a rocking feel on floors in the peppy soundtrack "Medley (remix)". It starts off with "Issi Umeed Pe" with racy musical flow followed by "Aaj Nahi to Kal", "Tera Sona Sona Roop", "Rukhsat" and "Saathiya". The number gives a feel of musical competition where different singing talents display their musical skills. In album it summarizes all the five short soundtracks into one number with a hip-shaking disco feel.

Himesh Reshammiya delivers an above average musical album with his best work rehashed and revamped with different musical arrangements. The album's striking feature is the title track while the rest of the numbers sound repetitive with similar Sufi pop zing. It sounds better than 'Red' but weaker than 'Namastey London' and will be average grosser in coming weeks.
