Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik embark romantic vibes in typical Anu Malik style in "Dil Churane Wala". It reminds of "Is Tarah Aashiqui" from 'Imtihan' (Sunny Deol, Raveena Tandon) and couple of passionate tracks from 'Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayi'. Dev Kohli's lyrics are conventional as these might be heard in any mushy love song. Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik's vocals impress but it lacks novelty as this type of track was heard in abundance in late 90's.
Alisha Chinai, the pop diva, revolts passionately in "Sharafat Chhod De (remix)". One wonders why the remix version appears before the original track. The track seems to be picture perfect for sex goddess Mallika as Farhad's lyrics talk about female desires in a sensuous way. Anu Malik's music is foot- tapping that might splutter dance floor in coming weeks with sheer delight.
Rekha turns playback singer, as Anu Malik becomes lyricist with "Eieffel Tower". Rekha oils her vocal chords to perfection for the first time as she infuses French lyrics with fashionable chirpy lyrics. The song compares one of eight wonders (Eieffel Tower) with womanpower. The imaginative lyrics go wild at many places as listeners lose interest in the middle of the song. The promising fact of the song is the picture perfection of Rekha as conventional playback singer. It may surprise her fans and critics.
Kunal Ganjawala's voice echoes with zeal as the saxophone tunes galore in "Tera Husn" (Instrumental). Another surprise in the album as the instrumental appears before the original soundtrack. The beats and rhythm sounds similar to that of "Bheege Hoth Tere" from the last year hit 'Murder'.
Side B has five soundtracks with Kunal Ganjawala's "Tera Husn" being the spotlight along with remixes and instrumental versions of the original soundtracks. "Bachke Rehna Re Baba" (remix) comes up with high pace techno beats with some crazy rap lyrics. The track can be a delight for DJ's and party animals as such tracks pump passion among teenagers.
Sunidhi Chauhan makes image for "Eieffel Tower" in her modern-day style. Two different singers singing one track sounds situational as the best can be described in the film. Sunidhi shines as Anu Malik's music lifts the spirit of the song.
"Bachke Rehna Re Baba" (instrumental) comes with full flow of enchanting western music with vivacious rap lyrics.
Alisha Chinai penetrates ears with her vociferous and cheery voice in "Sharafat Chhod De". The soundtrack explores the fight against feminine receptiveness as it encourages to be daring in life.
"Bheege Honth Tere" gets second life as it gets rejuvenated in "Tera Husn". Kunal Ganjawala encores his magical style with sheer delight as he sings in adulation for ladylove. This is by far the best soundtrack of the album that can be a chartbuster in coming days. Anu Malik's free flowing Latino music makes smooth sailing with the echoing vocals and seductive lyrics giving it a prefect ten look. Kunal repeats his "Aye Oh Oh Oh" rendition with trendy and upbeat style that makes it perfect for lover's evenings. Good team work once again by lyricist Sayeed Quadri, singer Kunal Ganjawala and composer Anu Malik in churning out a winner.
Anu Malik has struck gold once again despite the fact that he has amplified five tracks into ten through remix and instrumental versions. 'BRRB' will face tough competitions with biggies like 'Kaal' and 'Waqt' in coming weeks but one expects decent audio sales in future.
