Karan Johar is a filmmaker but his love for acting is evident through the number of movies he has featured in 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge', 'Main Hoon Na', 'Om Shanti Om', 'Fashion' and 'Luck By Chance'. Karan will once again play a cameo in Milap Zaveri's 'Jaane Kahaan Se Aayi Hai'. Nikhil Advani, the producer, also plans to get Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone to play cameo roles in the film. Akshay Kumar too has a cameo role in it.
CHIMPANZEE FOR 'NO PROBLEM'
The shooting of 'No Problem', starring Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Sushmita Sen, Neetu Chandra and Kangna Ranaut, reportedly came to a standstill. It is said that the movie's climax involved a chimpanzee. So, director Anees Bazmee and also Anil Kapoor looked out for one anywhere in the world. They could find it with a great difficulty, as they were keen on getting a particular breed. Luckily for them, they have found one of the South African breed.
'ACTION REPLAY' HOLI SANS WATER

The last hit Holi number that Bollywood churned out was 'Do me a favor...let's play Holi' from the Akshay Kumar-Priyanka Chopra starrer 'Waqt - Race Against Time' (2005) directed by Vipul Shah. This time Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Neha Dhupia are using organic colors in 'Action Replay'. Instead of the regular Holi song visuals of chiffon-clad heroines drenched to the bone, the AR Holi song 'Jali toh bujhi na kasam se koila ho gayee haan' has been shot without water! The director says they saw no point in wasting 70-80 tankers of water for a three-day shoot as Mumbai is facing a water crisis. So, they chose the dry Holi concept to picturise this Shreya Ghoshal song, penned by Irshad Kamil.
KAJOL, RANI PATCH UP

Bollywood's two warring cousin - Kajol and Rani Mukerji - are reportedly buying peace with each other. Both have been bonding over books, cinema and life and making public appearances together too. Apparently, Rani has been advising Kajol about the kind of projects that she should sign. With the global winner 'My Name Is Khan', Kajol is poised for a fresh round of innings.
COMPLAINT AGAINST SALLU

A handicapped woman has lodged complaint against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan for using her photograph to promote his recently released movie 'Veer'. Phoolbanu Shaikh, 30, is seeking Rs 2.5 million as compensation from the actor. She has also denied reports that Salman had donated Rs one hundred thousand to her. Shaikh's lawyer Iqbal Solkar told that the Non Cognizable (NC) offence was registered in a police station recently against the actor for using her physically challenged client's picture to promote his movie 'Veer'.
'DDLJ' 750-WEEK RECORD
