Bollywood actresses have started recalling their childhood days. Only recently, Bipasha Basu said that she acted like a female goonda during her college days. Now is the turn of Preity Zinta. She claims that she was quite the brat as a child and much of her childhood comprised her tomboyish activities. She used to break so many things and as kids she fought wars with her brothers at home. But everything changed when her parents met with an accident and her father died. Despite facing tragedy at such a young age, Preity says she had the best childhood! They played games like football and basketball unlike those who are glued to television these days. At present she is away on a holiday to the UK, and looking forward to the release of her movie 'Har Pall'. Meanwhile she has signed her next with Yash Raj Films, but is not ready to talk about it.
AKSHAY COMPLETES 12-YEAR-OLD FILM
Akshay Kumar has completed his 12-year-old film that remained canned for such a long period. As soon as he completed a schedule of Sajid Khan's 'Housefull', the actor called producer-director Shabnam Kapoor to London to complete the long-pending 'Purab Ki Laila Paschim Ka Chaila'. The movie is now titled 'Hello India'. With the completion of 'Purab Ki Laila...' which also stars Namrata Shirodkar and Suniel Shetty, Akshay prides himself on being the only leading man in Bollywood who has no films in the cans.

Ranbir Kapoor has shaved off his beard and has bounced back with a clean shave look! The actor had grown a beard as he was playing a Sikh in Shimit Amin's next called 'Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year'. All through the shoot, which lasted for six months, the actor stayed with this authentic bearded look. The girls especially Deepika Padukone will be happier to see him clean shaved.
DELHI BOWLS NEIL NITIN

Neil Nitin Mukesh had a taste of the country's capital city during his recent visit. His fans as well as the city roads floored him. He was all praise for Delhi roads, and especially Delhiites for their warmth. He says Delhi roads are more spacious while Mumbai roads are always congested. He disappointed fans by brushing aside his pole dancing rumors, and talked of his latest film 'Jail'. He said he was thrilled about it, and found an institution in the movie's director Madhur.
BHANSALI SIGNS SMITA'S SON

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali still remembers the ace actress late Smita Patil, and has now signed her son Prateik Babbar to star in his next production 'My Friend Pinto'. It is said that Bhansali dreamt of working with Smita Patil but since he couldn't do it in her lifetime, the director decided to sign her son Prateik Babbar for his film. Raghav Dar, who assisted Mani Ratnam on 'Guru' and also worked as the associate assistant to Abbas Tyrewala on 'Jaane Tu Ya… Jaane Na' will direct it. Incidentally, it was during the filming of 'Jaane Tu…' that Prateik and Raghav decided to work together. This flick will be Prateik's first movie as a lead actor in Bollywood.
