ANUSHKA WAITING TO WEAR CHIFFON SARI

The model-turned-actress Anushka Sharma, who danced her way into audiences` hearts with Shah Rukh Khan in her debut `Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi`, says she can always glam up for her next film. This is significant because she was not introduced with the poise and glamour associated with typical Yash Raj heroines at the time of her debut movie. "I can always get into chiffon saris in the next Yash Raj film. Or the one after that...," she said. She loves acting. "I`m as simple as the girl I play in `Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi`. Yes, I do like to dress up and walk the ramp. But that isn`t the real me," she adds.

Though 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' was released in December last year, since then the actress has been waiting to act. But she will have to wait, as her next film with Shahid Kapur for the banner is not going to start soon. "They (Yash Raj) will have to decide what I`m doing next. This is to recall that Anushka is under contract with Yash Raj Films for two more films. She confesses that they kept her away from the media glare until 'Rab De….'was released, but it served her purpose, she admits! Does she prefer acting to ramp as her debut has got a lot of admiration for her performance? She still loves her modeling work. But Anushka has been a huge Shah Rukh fan since she was three only. "I`m his true blue admirer", she emphasizes.
