Without sounding a type of propaganda, the song filmed in the red light district promotes healthy and frequent use of the condom! Well, this doesn't look like publicity gimmick as now there is a great urgency for making people aware about the AIDS epidemic that continues to spread at an alarming rate in India. The entire song sequence talks about the importance of using condoms, and playing it safe. According to our report, Sukhwinder Singh has lent his voice to this song and the lyrics go: Bhawra aaya aayaa re, gun gun karta aayaa re ... Yeh ishq nahih aasan, AIDS ka khatra hai ... pathwar pehen kar jaana- yeh aag ka dariya hai.
Shahid in 'Kaminey' is involved in social cause; he walks into a red light area with a red ribbon around his neck when he starts singing the song. It is significant that Vishal Bharadwaj, who is also the producer, director and music composer of the film, has written the lyrics of the song. The promos of the song are yet to air sometime in August.
