Jiah Khan wished to be an astronaut but the destiny made her a bollywood actress. In spite of this, she has been studying astronomy and archaeology. In fact, she says, " I study planetary changes and constellations as well as ancient history of art and artifacts. I am studying these subjects because I want to know more about the universe and the history of the world." At present, Jiah is busy shooting with Shahid Kapur for Ken Ghosh's film tentatively titled 'Star'.
'ALOO CHAAT' READY FOR RELEASE
'Aloo Chaat' is starring television actor Aamna Shariff opposite Aftab Shivdasani. However, the duo (Aftab and Aamna) has met for the first time after producer Anuj Saxena signed them for it. . The film is complete and is expected to release by next month-end. Incidentally, Aftab has signed his sweetheart Aamna for his home production 'Sabse Peeche Hum Khade' which is inspired by an English film called 'Big'.

The Abhishek Kapoor-directed 'Rock On!' team is very excited on their movie being included in the library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. According to the librarian, the script will be part of the permanent script collection and will be made available for research to only actors, students, filmmakers and writers who are part of the regular patrons. So, producer Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar are so much thrilled that they are looking to explore new boundaries. The film's star cast comprises Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Prachi Desai, Purab Kohli, Sahana Goswami and Luke Kenny.
'RANG RASIYA' SCREENED IN LONDON, NY

The much-awaited film 'Rang Rasiya', internationally known as the Colours of Passion, has been screened at two prestigious international film festivals. The film screened at the BFI's 52nd London Film Festival on 26th October and 30th October 2008 followed by two screenings at the MIAAC Film Festival in New York, on 6th (Museum of Arts and Design) & 8th (Tribeca Cinemas) November 2008 respectively. The London film festival is UK's largest public film event, screening films from 60 countries. It focused on screening a selection of strong titles from other European film festivals, including Cannes and Venice. The MIAAC film festival in New York on the other hand showcases the finest films of Indian independent and diaspora cinema to New York for seven years. Actors Randeep Hooda, Ferena along with Producers Aanand Mahendroo and Deepa Sahi shared the experience of the film festivals with the media in Mumbai

There is a craze among Bollywood actors for creating websites. Now, Rakhi Sawant has decided to go in for a major image change and planned her personal website! The website will have interactive chat features where her fans can log in and chat with her. It will be online in a month's time, according to Sawant's spokesman. This is part of a major image and a makeover exercise planned for Rakhi. She is well known: A few may have hated her, but most people love her for her inimitable style. They are giving Rakhi, a makeover adding a touch of sophistication and finesse with a dash of technology. They want to present a new Rakhi Sawant to the viewers.
