KAREENA MOVES BY ROAD TO MEET SAIF

Even though Saif Ali Khan couldn't reach Ladakh, where Kareena was shooting for Rajkumar Hirani's '3 Idiots', because of extreme snowfall there, Kareena made it up by reaching her boyfriend who was shooting in Srinagar for Imtiaz Ali's next. After all, Kareena had earlier expressed a wish that she wanted her beau Saif to surprise her on her birthday (September 21st)! So, Kareena being Kareena wasn't ready to spend her birthday without her Saifu. She suddenly left for Srinagar via road and spent the day with Saif.

Incidentally, Raju Hirani had already given a day off to Kareena, as it was her birthday! Meanwhile, the shooting location of '3 Idiots' has shifted to Shimla after heavy snowfall in Ladakh. Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra has, therefore, changed the entire schedule of the shooting. He is happy that the entire unit braved the extreme cold weather almost till it was declared unsafe for them to continue the shooting there. The unit of '3 Idiots' has filmed some key scenes in Ladakh with Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, R Madhavan and Sharman Joshi.
