You may recall the Sharara sharara number from 'Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai'. This is an immortal number of who else but Shamita Shetty! The song had become an instant hit! In fact Shamita and Sharara sharara…are synonymous. The gorgeous actress is now ready to cast her spell on the audience once again. This time for the desi version of Harry Potter called 'Harry Puttar'. This children's film will have Shamita dancing to a song that promises to be appealing to the kids. Incidentally, the actress has been an avid Harry Potter fan and is glad to be a part of the desi version. You may recall that Shamita made her debut as an actress in 'Mohabattein', produced by Yashraj Films. A Chopra favourite was roped in for an item number in 'Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai'. Interestingly the songs that Shamita has done till date have all been chartbusters. The "Woh Lamhe" from 'Zeher' that had Shamita with Emraan Hashmi had turned an instant rage. The director of 'Harry Puttar' hopes that the song that Shamita is doing will top the list too.
MALLIKA SHERAWAT ALL SET TO SUE RAMU

Mallika Sherawat is ready to sue filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma for misusing one of her pictures in his latest film 'Contract', it is learnt. Though the film flopped at the box office, yet that's not stopping her from taking action against Varma. The picture in question that has infuriated Mallika to a big extent is featured in a scene of 'Contract', where a police inspector is shown talking suggestively to Mallika's photograph and getting aroused at the same time. Mallika says that Varma will soon be served with a legal notice. This is to recall that Varma , who is known for taking potshots at his film industry colleagues had previously done the same in two of his flicks - 'Company' and 'Road', where he had taken digs at Karan Johar and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, respectively.
GUPTA SCRAPS DUTT VOICE IN 'ALIBAUG'
Though director Sanjay Gupta and Sanjay Dutt had been good friends for long, but their relations aren't as sweet as in the past. This is to recall that Sanjay Gupta had already replaced his close friend Sanjay Dutt with Irrfan Khan for his upcoming film 'Alibaug'. Now, he has decided to scrap a song in the movie, which was originally recorded in Dutt's voice. Besides, Sanjay justifies his action by stating that the song needs a professional playback voice now, as it won't be suitable to have Sanjay's voice for Irrfan. The director would also have to work on the song's footage, as the video was initially shot with Bollywood's 'Munnabhai' Sanjay Dutt. However, the film's lead actor, Irrfan Khan doesn't mind Sanjay's voice. But at the same time, Irrfan would prefer a playback singer.

Abbas Tyrewala of the recently released 'Jaane Tu Jaane Naa' fame is all set to start work on his next project. He has announced that his next flick will be a mature love story. Tyrewala is still working on the script and will be starting the project sometime next year only. Abbas admits that he would definitely direct this love story, as he did the earlier one.

Masumeh is all set to pose for 'Shape Express', fitness centre. 'Shape' was impressed with Masumeh fitness fundas and thus chose her to be a model for it. The actress will do an exclusive shoot for 'Shape Express' after Ramzan. This is to recall that international fame photographer Andre Rau was so taken over by Masumeh's brazen yet innocent looks that he expressed his desire to shoot her in the night at a party on the ship. The pictures were completely out of this world. Masumeh is currently shooting for 'Saas, Bahu Aur Sensex', the film backed by Warner Bros.
