Producer-director of 'Fashion' Madhur Bhandarkar has the other day in Mumbai unveiled the first trailer of his forthcoming venture. Having explored hard-hitting subjects in previous films 'Traffic Signal', 'Page 3' and 'Corporate', the three-time National Award winner is all set to highlight life behind the glitter and glamour of the fashion world. The film trailer looked stunning inasmuch as it introduces four main characters from the fashion world -- Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut, Mughda Godse and Arjan Bajwa. While Priyanka plays a supermodel, Kangna Ranaut looks glamorous self, Mughda Godse a glam model and finally Arjan Bajwa, a male model in the film.
The film highlights their rise and fall and their difficulties in life. Madhur says that Fashion doesn't mean huge stages, beautiful models in designer outfits, designers and big shows. In fact, it's a blend of fiction and real-life characters. He is very excited about 'Fashion' that, according to him, sums up the budgets of all his movies right from 'Chandni Bar' to 'Traffic Signal'. It's a film in a different league. Nitin Desai has done a fabulous job with the sets and Rita Dhody has worked hard on the costumes. However, some portions have yet to be shot in Mumbai followed by a schedule in Paris in August, he adds.
