One star who has a massive fan following is Shahid Kapoor. So much so that the actor practically got mobbed during the shoot of Tips Films 'Kismat Konnection' in Mumbai recently. His fans gheraoed him and brought the shooting practically to a standstill. Thus, the shoot got delayed by six hours. Director Aziz Mirza wanted a scene of Shahid strolling on the road. But the minute Shahid stepped out of his van to shoot the scene; his fans would gherao him, refusing to leave him. Shahid had no option but to step back into his van. The number of fans did not limit to ten or two; there were some 2000 odd people. Neither did director Aziz Mirza nor did Shahid expect a massive crowd to greet him. Shahid was taken by surprise! It was only when the crowd had dispersed that too late in the night that Aziz Mirza could begin the shooting of 'Kismat Konnection'.

After 'Bhootnath', 'Zor Laga Ke Haiya' will be the second kid film in which Big B will take part. This time, Big B will lend his voice without any fee due to his love for global warning. 'Zor Laga Ke Haiya' is directed by Girish Joshi and produced by Kartikeya and Basant Talreja. The movie is about a group of kids who make a tree house as part of their school assignment, which a corrupt builder tries to cut down. The kids then try to garner the support of the media and society to conserve the tree.
BABBU MANN IS A GOD SAMARITAN
It seems that Punjabi rock star Babbu Mann is going places. The singer-turned-actor was recently shooting for his film 'Hashar' in Punjab, and he required a crowd of 8000 people. He was shooting a kabaddi sequence, for which he needed those people to cheer him. When the audience came to know about Babbu Mann they happily agreed to come be a part of the shooting. Later, the producer announced that Babbu Mann would do a live performance, everyone was happy.

Shilpa Shetty is honored with The Global Cultural Diversity Award this year. Last year it was given to Jackie Chan. She is very excited with it as she met British Prime Minister Gordon Brown during the award ceremony. Besides, she is keeping herself too much occupied in her yet another love of playing violin because she is taking lessons for her role in Sunny Deol's 'The Man'. Incidentally, Shilpa's character in 'The Man' is of an actress who is a violin expert. So, the pretty actress is seriously taking lessons in violin. Her violin playing portions in the film have been styled just like pop sensation Vanessa Mae.

Koel Purie was recently shooting for a scene for her film 'Amal' in Mehrauli Village in South Delhi, which required her to be in the character of a poor grocery woman. While preparing for the shot, she was taken aback when a group of school children came rushing to her and started asking for 2 toffees, 2 pencils, eraser etc. Recovering quickly and secretly pleased that her look and dressing had fooled the kids into believing she was actually the grocer woman, she very sweetly served them. But not knowing the exact price of the items and not wanting to scare them away, she quoted a minimal amount for everything and sold it!

Since Esha is totally and diligently into fitness, a month's absence of her driver made her to request his instructor to help her ride on his pillion to attend her fitness lessons.
