POOJA BHATT OPEN TO ACTING OFFERS

Actress and filmmaker Pooja Bhatt said she could prove to be a better performer now as she had experience of being behind the camera. "Producers feel that since I have taken up filmmaking as an alternate profession, I have given up acting. But, it is not so. I am still open to good offers. But, I will not like to direct myself in my own film," Bhatt said this during the South Asian Film Festival (SAFF). 'Zakhm', which is one of her last film as an actress, was screened at the Entertainment Society of Goa. She said the film did not do well in terms of box office collection. Even before the release of 'Don', Farhan Akhtar aided by Shah Rukh Khan had announced that a sequel to the movie, tentatively titled 'Don 2', would be made. Though Amitabh Bachchan starrer 'Don', bombed at the Box Office, SRK emphatically asserted that he would love to make a sequel. "If Farhan does not make it, I will definitely do so," he had said. The sequel to 'Don' was going to be a joint venture of SRK and Farhan Akhtar with SRK playing a devilish avatar laced up with power. However, Shah Rukh seems to be backing out though Farhan is ready with the script. Why else SRK is seeking changes? Maybe, SRK doesn't like to enter into another conflict with Amitabh Bachchan.
