Now, it’s the turn of the ‘Vivah’ girl Amrita Rao! World famous painter M.F. Husain has another Bollywood actress to add to his craze list. The painter, who began with Madhuri Dixit and then followed Tabu by making movies like Gajagamini’ and ‘Meenaxi’ on them, respectively is now crazy about young and emerging Amrita Rao. The young actress, who celebrated her birthday just recently, received a surprise gift from her biggest fan of all – MF Husain. The celebrated painter gifted Amrita three of his paintings. And, each of these, art impresarios, would be valued at Rs 10 million at least. Amrita has accepted the Husain gift as a great honor to be immortalized by Husain’s legendary colors and strokes.
On the other hand, Husain has complimented the pretty actress by stating woh toh khud hi khuda ki banayi hui perfect painting hain. Husain has added, “Her (Amrita Rao’s) body language is so beautiful that it can only be captured on canvas.” This is not the end of Husain’s craze for Rao, he says, “One of the paintings had been inspired by Amrita’s performance as Anarkali at the Filmfare Awards function. In the other two, I’ve tried to capture her essence of the small town girl from ‘Vivaah’.” Husain claims that he dreams of taking the actress to Paris and paint her on the river Seine.
