Randeep Hooda has turned out to be a ladies' man. How else is he so popular among women, especially the Bongis? Is it only a coincidence that no sooner Randeep split up with his first love Sushmita Sen, former Miss Universe-turned-actor, than he got linked with several female actors of Bengal in general and Sen, in particular. However, Randeep is more amused than shocked by such stories linking him to Raima Sen, of late. He is not amazed though . He says that many of his co-stars so far have been Bengalis because his association with the Bengali women has been quite old, say, since his school days. Isn't he in love with Raima? The actor quips, "She's a nice sweet little girl. It's been fun working with her in 'Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye'. But, there is no affair between us." Okay. But what about Nandana Sen and Riya Sen? " Yes, Nandana is working with me in 'Rang Rasiya' and Riya Sen in 'Love Game'. That's all. Nothing more." We ask him how has his name been associated with Rituparna Sengupta? Randeep confesses it and adds, " This is true. Ritu is my co-star in two films. I may tell you that the Bengali women are astute and smart. Again, there is nothing between us."
Randeep denies any affair with any female, Bengali or otherwise, right now. However, it's true that they are working with him. He says that his friendship is presently confined to acting in films besides his horses. " My acting and my horses take up all my time. Horses are my best friends in the world." When further prodded about his career the actor states that he has just finished few of his movies and is now taking two months off. "I've been finishing 'Rang Rasiya'. And I'm now doing my first romantic film 'Mere Khwabon Mein Jo Aaye'. What's this movie all about? . " I play a guy women fantasies about. I am doing it with a talented director like Madhurita. I'm also doing films like 'Rubaru', 'Love Game' and even 'Rang Rasiya'. But 'Mere Khwabon…' is the first as far as playing out women's fantasies goes," he explains.

How come a Bengali female happens to be directing him? He admits that he is very happy to have a woman in-charge. The charming actor without any inhibition declares, "There's a touch of sensuality to a woman directing a man. Madhurita touches chords I haven't touched before. I'm doing quite a lot of work that I'm proud of. I want people to come to my movies thinking they're coming to see something interesting." What are his future projects? He replies that he hasn't signed any new films. Why? " I think I have reached a place where a movie cannot be a judge of my performance.
