While driving his car from Delhi to Jaipur, actor Shiney Ahuja was shocked to notice that someone was following him from behind. He slowed down his car to find out the chaser. But, in spite of slowing down his car, Shiney found that the same person was overtaking him. This led Shiney to speed up his car to save himself from the clutches of the stranger. But to his great relief and pleasure he saw that the stranger was none other than actor Akshay Kumar stepping out of his speeding car. Incidentally, both were on their journey to Jaipur for their scheduled shooting for Priyadarshan's film 'Bhool Bhulaiya'.

Beauty queen Tanushree Dutta was quite high to get an opportunity to play the role in Priyadarshan's 'Dhol', but her happiness turned into sadness on the very first day. Tanu would not have thought even in her dream that a director like Priyadarshan who made the audience laugh and laugh could be so furious as to openly flay Tanushree on the sets of 'Dhol'. Tanu is in the lead role in 'Dhol'. Knowing that Priyadarshan believes in punctuality, she reached the sets on time but she was unaware of Priyadarshan's temperament, in another matter. No sooner Priyadarshan made Tanu understand about the important scene to be shot on the very first day than Tanu as usual went to the make-up van. Priyadarshan called her to resume the shooting but found her missing. She had gone for her make-up! Priyadarshan lost his temper and ordered her to wash off her make-up. Later, Tanu realized that Priyadarshan didn't want her in make-up as he required her in a non-glamorous role.

Bad Man at Miss Delhi 2007

Sixteen girls participated for the final round of the Miss Delhi 2007 contest organized by U-Turn in New Delhi. All the participants had to go through three dress-up and a question-answer rounds on the ramp. In spite of former Miss India and Miss World Yukta Mukhi as an anchor trying her best to boost up the participants in the question-answer round, the girls seemed to have lost their confidence in the question-answer round on the stage. The chief guest 'Bad Man of Bollywood' Gulshan Grover presented a bouquet to each of the ten participants out of sixteen, who were selected on the basis of the four rounds by the panel comprising four judges. The ten girls selected are Kartika Gupta, Tina, Kareena Ahuja, Mahima, Shailja Vohra, Richa Jain, Harli Kochar, Neha Thapa, Simarpreet Radhwa and Rupali. Nikhil Tripathy has claimed that U-Turn had first registered the title so that no other organizer could use this name. After that he endeavored to organize this event at the level of Miss India. He added that he first asked for the entry register, selected and trained 16 girls for this contest in order to make this extravaganza splendid. U-Turn believes in making the participants perfect for the final contest so that Miss DELHI looks like Miss Delhi.
