Wonder why Subhash Ghai at all associated himself with such a senseless movie like 'Hello Darling'. Maybe , he had to because of his brother Ashok, but then he should have taken due care to let it not stoop so low as to affect his long standing in the industry. The movie is more than a big flop, so we need to create a special category to place it in that. It's nowhere close to an entertainer. Good that the Censor Board gave it an 'A' category certificate. Thus, a large number of young boys and girls escaped watching it.

The movie belies its claim that it exposes the plight of working women, especially their sexual harassment, in their offices by their lustful bosses. It completely fails in its object. It's another matter that the movie does reflect a vicious atmosphere in a small office where a boss has an evil eye on his female staff. This is also not unusual that a married boss ignores his pretty wife at home and falls for his office girls, as shown in the movie.

According to the movie's story, it revolves around a Harddick, a senior official in Mumbai fashion house, played by ace actor Javed Jaffrey, and his three beautiful companions, who work under him. One from amongst them is Mansi Joshi played by Gul Panaag who hails from Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. The other one is from Haryana named Satywati Chaudhary played by pretty Eesha Koppikkar and the third is Candy Fernandes played by Celina Jaitley. Since their boss Harddick always has a lustful eye on them, they decide to teach him a lesson. This is another matter that they thus invite a trouble for themselves.

At the same time, Harddick's Gujju wife Divya Datta feels utterly ignored at home by her husband. So, she turns to a NGO called Pati Sudhar Samiti (Association to reform husbands) run by a mafia type Seema Vishwas, to shake her husband beyond shock. Unfortunately, she falls into a trap as the man picked up for this purpose happens to be an equally bad played by Chunky Pandey who has a live-in relationship with Candy, one of the three girls working in the office of Divya's husband.

What a story, it's incomplete. There is no cohesion. The director, Manoj Tiwari, fails in utilizing his otherwise good cast. A good actor like Zaved Jaffery has been wasted. But, the movie to some extent succeeds in attracting the cine audience that is always looking for some sex, skin, cleavage-flashing and skimpily clad girls. After all, the movie's cast comprises four pretty women of Bollywood. However, they seem to have been reduced to nothing.

Overall, the movie is a big flop! Watch it at your peril.
