The entire story of the film centers around Gracy Singh and Arbaaz Khan. The simple innocent village beauty of 'Lagaan' has turned into a furious obsessed lover in 'Wajahh-A reason to kill'. Gracy's perfromance in this film looks more mature. Arbaaz's performance in the role of a short-tempered husband is satisfactory. Sudesh Berry has made a come back after a long time to the big screen. She has performed in his usual small screen style. Though Samita is in a major role but her performance is not effective.

Director Gautam Adhikari has put all his small screen experience to make this suspense story a success but screenplay needs a lot of improvement on the characters. Satish Kaushik's return as a comedian makes a mark in this film but not attractive because of a poor story line. But the music tracks are more situational and Daler Mehndi's appearance in one song would be able to entertain for a few minutes.
Over all, the same conflict between wife and husband, a little suspense and post marital love affairs have not been put in a subtle way to attract the audience. Finally audience may not find any 'Wajaah-A reason to kill' to watch this movie.
