This year is going to see the maximum numbers of debutants in the film industry. In the past four months more than a dozen new faces, both on and off screen, have made entry into the business of glamour. And, this Friday saw the arrival of some more faces. Both the films released this week have new heroes and new directors. Shahid and Shehnaz have made their above average debut in new director Ken Ghosh's film 'Ishq Vishk' 'Kaise Kahoon Ke Pyaar Hai' has provided a tough competition to Ghosh' movie. Amit Hingorani makes his debut as a hero with K3PH. He is son of famous producer Arjun Hingorani who has made several hit films with Dharmendra in the past. That is the reason why Dharmendra and his son Sunny have appeared in this film to boost the newcomer. The movie has a fast moving script filled with surprises and twists and keeps viewers' attention intact through the major part of the film.
'Kaise Kahoon Ke Pyaar Hai' is the story of sins and their shadows on the next generation. A robber Dharam hides the fact that he is earning bread for the family by looting others. Once this secret is known, his wife along with their son Karan and daughter Kiran, leaves him. The son becomes a clever conman and the most wanted burglar. He meets a nice girl who is daughter of a multimillionaire. The love story begins with some hitches. This smart con boy fears confessing his love. And, before their love grows fast, he is thrown behind the bars. When he comes out of the jail, Karan decides to start life afresh and gets a job in the office of Priya's father. Priya and Karan are about to unite, but Karan is told that he has blood cancer. So he pretends to Piya that he is in love with another girl. He is shocked that the doctor lied to him about his sickness. While trying to help Priya's father, he lands himself again behind the bars. This time he is charged for murder that he has not committed. Priya believes Karan is a culprit. When told about Karan's sacrifice, she decides to meet Karan. But there are some people who won't let it happen. Karan wants to find out why the doctor lied to him and who the real murderer was. He is keen to know to know if there is a chance of his unison with Priya. He doesn't know how to express his love to her- 'Kaise Kahoon Ke Pyaar Hai'.
Amit Hingorani cannot be rejected outright. He is a man of content. His role in the film suits his personality and can be groomed as an actioner if he has any plans to remain in Bollywood for long. He has grown up seeing filmmaking and understands camera more than many newcomers. His only lacuna is that he is also a producer's kid who has become hero because. The film also sees Sharbani Mukherjee after long time. Cousin of Rani Mukherjee, Sharbani was introduced in 'Border' By J P Dutta. Now in 'Kaise Kahoon Ke Pyaar Hai', she gets a chance to showcase her talent in various ways. She gets to emote, emulate and excel in different situations and tries hard to cash on this. Seeing her efforts and also the fact that the director is new, she deserves praise if not clapping. Dharmendra looks very old to do such roles. Sunny fills the gap left by his father. Deol. Sunny's fight sequences are very well choreographed by Tinu Verma. Sunny looks more impressive in this brief role than his full-length gizmo in 'The Hero-Love Story Of A Spy'. His fans love to see him in these kinds of roles.
The film is made, as an action thriller so there is not much scope for music and other soft elements. Still Viju Sha has managed to come up with some hummable tunes on the lyrics of Sameer. On the whole, ' Kaise Kahoon Ke Pyaar Hai', may not work wonders for its makers in metros, but it will surely bring back its cost through small towns and interiors.
