How did you become popular in a very short time?
Who do you give credit for your success?
The whole credit goes to my parents and my teacher. They made me so perfect that today I can say that yes I am Shreya Ghoshal.
How do you feel after getting this award?
I am very thankful to Punjabi Kala Sangam that has chosen me for this award. I am also thankful to the Dilliwalaas who showed such an interest in me and gave me such a prestigious award.
As a singer what would you think about the present condition of India?
You see, I am not a politician and I don't know anything about politics. But I would like to say that we are Indians and we all have to work for strengthening our country. And as a singer I will do whatever I can do.
Do have any future plan to do act in any movie?
No. Not at all. I am singer and I want to be remain a singer only. I want to pay my full attention to singing.
