| Q. |
My player looks likes it's working, but there's no sound... |
| A. |
Make sure that your computer's volume is up (not muted), and
that no other media player is open.

 |
| Q. |
Songs skip or see "Buffering..." messages.
|
| A. |
This could be a problem with your computer, your network or
Internet Service Provider(ISP), our streaming service, or a
combination of these factors. Reduce the amount of Web surfing
you do while listening and close all unnecessary applications.
Streaming of audio and video demand a lot of data transmission
and if your connection is slow you will be getting this
message frequently.

| Q. |
Player shows on new window but doesn't start playing music... |
| A. |
Your browser's Flash player plugin may not be working properly. Try closing all windows of your
browser and opening site again. If this problem occurs every time you listen, you should uninstall and
re-install the Flash player. If this problem occurs only occasionally, it is likely due to varying
levels of Internet traffic.

| Q. |
How do I open the audio player to listen to songs? |
| A. |
Once you get to a page with a list of songs (it could be an
album page or a search result or similar), select the songs
you want to listen by checking the checkboxes before the name
of the songs and then press the "Play" button. If you want to listen
only one song,
click on the name of the song. The player should appear on a
new window.
