| Q. | How do I register to become a SmasHits.com member? | |
| A. | Click here to register with SmasHits.com. Make sure to give
a valid and active e-mail address, otherwise the registration process will not be completed. You will be sent a welcome e-
mail which contains your activation number. You will need that number to activate your account with us. Note: You will need to activate your account only once. |

| A. | Yes! There is no charge for registering as a member of SmasHits.com. |

| Q. | How do I log in? | |
| A. | At the top right of any page you can find the log in link.
Click on it and you will be taken to the login page. Enter the
e-mail address that you used at registration and password and
click on the "login" button. Upon successful sign in, you will
be taken to your personalized area of SmasHits.com. Remember
that your browser must have cookies enabled in order for you
to be able to login. |

| Q. | I forgot my password... | |
| A. | If you have forgotten your password, but you know the e-mail
address you registered with, we can send you this information.
Just click on the "Forgot password?" link on the Log In
page. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive a
message with your password. |

| Q. | Why I didn't get my activation number? | |
| A. | You should provide a valid and active account which quota has
not been exceeded. Otherwise, the activation email will bounce
back to us. SmasHits.com doesn't provide email service so is
not valid that you enter an email address with SmasHits.com as
the domain. Also make sure our email didn't end up on your
Spam/Junk folder. If it went to the Spam/Junk folder, please
make sure to add SmasHits.com to your safe senders list. |

| Q. | I am trying to login but keep on geeting the message that my account doesn't exists. Why is that? | |
| A. | In order to login to Smashits.com your browser must accept cookies. If your browser is setup to not to take cookies then you will not be able to login. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can go to "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options...". Refer to "Privacy" tab and change the privacy level. If you are using Netscape, you can go to "Edit" menu and select "Preferences...". Refer to "Privacy & Security" category and look in the "Cookies" option for possible changes. |
