Le Visage 2006 Finals at the ITC Grand Central Sheraton & Towers, Mumbai
Silicon Valley technocrat Rahul Roy partnered with the likes of Bill gates and Rennu Dhillon are responsible for the soaring temperatures in Mumbai as they bring 23 beauties from across the world to take part in the one and only talent competition ?Le Visage 2006? where the beauties are addressed as delegates and not just beauties. Roy Foundation is the organizer and the presenter of the event. Roy Foundation is a non profit organization in US, which distributes charity funds all over the world, for philanthrophist courses.
The purpose and goal behind Le Visage 2006 is to become a protégé conduit between east and west, fashion and entertainment world, break Bollywood faces and beauty into Hollywood and vice versa, and also get international faces into Bollywood.
Le visage is aimed at launching a fashion and entertainment portal connecting B2B and C2B through one simple click. Dhillon with a team of talented engineers is amidst designing the portal with international western influences and eastern beauties and flavors. Together this talented team from the silicon valley, with Roy as the advisor and long time supporter will launch the very first fashion and entertainment portal creating a global connect of the east and west, a one stop shopping stop for businesses and consumers.
ITC Grand Central Sheraton & Towers, Mumbai, the venue sponsor for Le Visage 2006 was buzzing with activity with Le Visage 2006 happening there. The show was beautifully choreographed by the well known fashion designer Vikram Phadnis. The person responsible for dressing up the beauties is another fashion designer from Calcutta, Arnab. He designed the fusion wear for all the 23 contestants. The theme being inspired by Majestic Moghuls, lots of Zardozi /Zari/Minakari work has been done reflecting the Moghul era. Loads of brocades done on natural fabric like raw silk, georgettes, satin silk. Colours used are Reds/ Blues / Ivory/ Fuschia/ Aqua marine.
It was a tough time for the judges which included Shaan, Prasad Bidappa, Shahid Amir, Shiney Ahuja, Riya Sen to zero down to 3 finalists from 23.
The show was beautifully orchestrated with odissi performances, a dance performance by Parvati Melton, Le Visage Face of 2005 from USA.

Winners of all the above titles get Gold and Diamond pendants with a chain
The three finalists get a diamond crown each. The winners were Ramnik Hanspal of Denmark, Lonah Swah of Zambia and Jasmine Robson in the order of 2nd runner up, 1st runner up and the Le Visage Face of 2006 respectively.
