Umrao Jaan - Music Launch

The much awaited music launch of J.P. Dutta's version of 'Umrao Jaan',took place at Hayatt Regency in Bombay today at a glittering function. While the leading lady Aishwarya Rai was present on the occasion, her hero Abhishek Bachchan could not make it as he was xbusy shooting in Paris. However , Amitabh Bachchan was there to compensate for his son. Present on the occasion were Shabana Azmi, director Dutta, Lata Mangeshkar,lyricist Javed Akhtar and the music director Anu Malik , who appealed to his fans to appreciate the music as (according to him) he had composed the music of the film with his" blood, sweat and tears."
