Dalit girls burnt to death in UP

Moradabad, December 20 (ANI): A mob set fire to a house, burning to death two girls of the lower-caste Dalit community in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. The girls, identified as Neetu and Geeta, were in the early twenties and were unmarried. Talking to media persons, Rahul Yaduvendre, Superintendent of Police (SP) of Moradabad, said the two sisters committed suicide by setting themselves on fire because of continuous verbal harassment by their neighbours after their brother was named in a double murder case.
