Asin decries fee game

Bollywood’s latest entrant to the Rs 100 crore club of heroines is Asin. But the starlet says she’s unruffled and says it’s much ado about nothing. She wasn’t expecting or dying with anticipation to join the club, says Asin. She is glad her film became a hit. Kareena Kapoor rules the Rs 100 crore club of heroines with films like '3 Idiots', 'Ra.One', 'Bodyguard' and 'Golmaal 3'. Asin has three in her kitty including 'Housefull 2', 'Ready' and 'Ghajini'. Also, Sonakshi Sinha also joined the bandwagon with 'Dabangg' and 'Rowdy Rathore'. Asin feels that the fee game matters more for the male actors. In the same breath, however, Asin points out that she hopes heroines also get share in profits of movies just like male actors do. She is now looking forward to the release of Rohit Shetty's romantic-comedy 'Bol Bachchan' alongside Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan and Prachi Desai.
Incidentally, Asin who was shooting with veteran Mithun Da for their ‘Khiladi 786’ was the first one to wish him for his birthday as he came on the sets. Asin had got a cake from home. They have had a long association since their ‘Housefull 2’ days and share a very good relationship. Dada was really happy with her gesture and cut the cake with the unit. When quizzed about the same, Mithun Da said, "Cake was full of love and getting it from a gorgeous lady, my day was made. I know Asin from our ‘Housefull 2’ days and she is not only gorgeous but very cute and caring. I miss her presence always. I wish she becomes big, bigger, biggest."
