Terms & Rules

1. The quiz is being held by Studio 18 ("Company") and will close at midnight August 3rd 2009.
2. This quiz is open to US and Canada residents only. No purchase is necessary to participate in the quiz.
3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
4. The editor's decision on correct answers is final.
5. Out of the correct entries received from the participant, two participants will be chosen though random selection by the Company. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participants and the Company shall not entertain any correspondence/calls, etc. in this regard.
6. The selected participants will be notified via e-mail.
7. They will receive their respective prize by courier.
8. The Contest is not open to employees of the Company or their families or anyone person professionally connected with the Event/Quiz.
9. Gifts are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of comparable value.
10. The Gift is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives are available.
11. The Company shall not be responsible and/or liable for any errors in the e-mail network or for any reason whatsoever in relation to the participant sending an email or participating in the Contest.
12. This quiz and its terms or any part of it shall be deemed void, where prohibited by law.
13. The Company reserves the right to withdraw the quiz and/or alter/amend the terms and conditions at any time.
14. The Participants information will not be passed on to any third party other than Studio 18.
15. By participating in this quiz, the participant agrees, accepts and confirms that the participant shall be bound by these terms and conditions.
