Of the three movies released this Friday January 13th, 2012, 'Ghost' seems to appeal the least. Wonder if it falls in the category of genre of horrors. Only those having a steel heart can bear the burden of watching it for over two hours. Humor in this flick can only be accidental. Puja Jatinder Bedi is all in all in the movie; she is writer as well as director. Though she succeeds in creating scary atmosphere by showing several murders in a hospital, but they look cheap and fail to impress. She has no story to tell.

Dr Suhani is played by Sayali Bhagat, and Vijay Singh by Shiny Ahuja. Sayali does look like a horror film's heroine but God knows why she is always close to be supernatural. Shiny Ahuja acts a hero initially but later joins the bandwagon. Sayali Bhagat is a doctor on duty at a hospital where heart-breaking murders take place at 3 am, and in Room No 3! Strangely, the murderer rips out the heart of the victims and leaves behind mutilated dead bodies. Enter Shiney Ahuja to investigate the matter. He fails to discover the mystery; authorities ask him as to why he still persists and if he has personal interest in it.

Shiny admits a personal link. An event has reminded him of his past and the doctor tells him that he might be suffering from selective memory loss (retrograde amnesia). Now, his link is explicit with the ghost on a revenge spree! One wonders why writer-director Puja chooses to introduce Jesus Christ like crucifixion of a helpless girl. Similarly, there is a character symbolizing the good as well as the evil.Puja Jatinder Bedi fails in writing a complete story and in narrating it properly. Her introduction of romance between Shiny and Sayali doesn't look relevant. The cast's performance doesn't reach the mark. Both the heroine and the hero look dud. Julia Bliss, a Russian actor, is good for nothing.

As a whole, the movie is neither a horror nor an entertainer. Give it a miss!
